Who we are
NexProcure (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2025/925419/07) of Douglasdale, Sandton, 2191, is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. Our Information Officer is Ryan Harvey, Managing Director, contactable at ryan.harvey@nexprocure.co.za.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, role, email address, phone number and message. The form opens your own email app, so your enquiry reaches us as an ordinary email.
This website doesn't use cookies or tracking analytics.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to respond and for any related engagement, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep personal information secure and to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing. Email ryan.harvey@nexprocure.co.za to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
